Service Contract Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Actively sell service contracts
  • Take care of existing contract base and subscriptions
  • Analyze service contract opportunities, gather necessary background information and develop business and relationship with customers, increase number of customers under service contract / increase contract base
  • Prepare strategy for contract win-back case by case and follow Customer Relationship Process of Lectra sales team
  • Create offers based on Lectra Customer Value Proposition supported by in-deep understanding of customer business environment
  • Cultivate existing service contracts by analyzing customer satisfaction levels and building customer relationships
  • Seek for up-sale opportunities
  • Secure Service Contracts / minimize churn / avoid contract losses
  • Management of requests for Service Level Agreement (SLA) change
  • Reporting and communication
  • - Creation of a history of customer relations in the form of entries in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • - Creation of sales pipeline and maintaining reliable information for individual, ongoing opportunities.
  • - Provide regular weekly reports to Line Manager.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

      •  
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite and modern CRM systems.
  • Analytical skills oriented to business development.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities across multiple customers, cuntries and cultures in a highly dynamic work environment.
  • Capability to analyze/describe a specific industry or service line: concepts, terminology, processes, core functions, best practice.
  • Be comfortable in discussions with C-level.

 

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

      •  
  • Min. 5  years of progressive experience in high technology industry companies.
  • Experience in sales / procurement / service contract management
  • Technical education.
  • Experience in selling value-added services.
  • Understanding of TPM methodology or equipment maintenance strategies is a plus.
  • Driving license.
  • Languages: Croatian (native level), English (business fluent), any other (Eastern) European language is a plus.

 

TRAVEL:

  • The position is based in Croatia (ideally Zagreb). It involves ca. 60-80 % of travel - mainly in Balkans (Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia, North Macedonia, Bulgaria, Romania, etc.).
