We have an exciting opportunity for an Inside Service Sales Representative for Lectra’s CutGuru division (www.cutguru.com) . The Position’s location is flexible (must be in the contiguous 48 states), preferably in the Central US Zone.
Responsibilities:
The Inside Service Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue for Lectra’s CutGuru division. CutGuru sells accessory products to the Sign & Graphics flatbed cutting market. These products include drill bits, cutting tools, mats and more. The individual will be responsible for managing the CutGuru install base of customer accounts and for achieving revenue targets with sales of the previously mentioned products for that business. The position involves selling to the existing CutGuru customer install base and to new customers. This position will involve daily customer contact via telephone and e-mail promoting CutGuru - taking customers through the sales process from prospecting, qualifying, quoting, negotiating and closing proposals. The position will report to the Business Director for Sign & Graphics.
- Outbound telephone calls and email communication to end users to promote the sale of CutGuru Consumables products.
- Manage territory to achieve sales revenue goals for CutGuru.
- Develop and maintain current knowledge of client's business – maintaining customer contact and equipment database records.
Position’s location is flexible (must be based in the contiguous 48 states).
Qualifications:
The Inside Service Sales Representative must have strong communication skills, have demonstrated the ability to succeed in a telephone sales environment and have a strong desire to succeed. Knowledge of the Sign & Graphics flatbed cutting market a plus.
- Minimum 2 years inside sales experience
- Excellent phone and email communication skills
- Rapidly adapt to changing requirements and perform under pressure
- The ability to understand sales and marketing strategy and develop value-added solutions
- Strong team orientation - ability to work in a matrix organization
- Proficient on MicroSoft Office Suite of applications – Microsoft Excel proficiency is required.
- SAP experience is a plus but not a requirement
