POSITION SUMMARY
The primary function of this position is to support data integrity.This is a 6-month position with the option to extend, as needed.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meticulous and detail-oriented Data Specialist to support data integrity efforts across SAP and Salesforce.
- Review and consolidate group hierarchy, site information, and asset list including software, equipment and contracts information.
- Update systems accordingly.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure data accuracy.
- Clean, standardize and maintain high-quality data related to accounts and assets, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues, including duplicates, incomplete records, and inconsistencies.
- Validate with internal teams and customers assets accurately
- Implement and document data governance policies, ensuring compliance with internal standards
- Monitor data quality metrics and generate reports on data health and progress made to company management.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
POSITION AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Advanced user of SAP (especially master data management) and Salesforce
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office and Power BI
- Familiarity with data cleaning methodologies
- Proficiency in Excel, and data visualization for data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with different teams
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to document processes clearly
- Extremely detailed oriented, team player, good communicator
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or related field
- 3-5 years experience with Data Analysis
