POSITION SUMMARY

The primary function of this position is to support data integrity.This is a 6-month position with the option to extend, as needed.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meticulous and detail-oriented Data Specialist to support data integrity efforts across SAP and Salesforce.
• Review and consolidate group hierarchy, site information, and asset list including software, equipment and contracts information.
  • Update systems accordingly.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure data accuracy.
  • Clean, standardize and maintain high-quality data related to accounts and assets, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues, including duplicates, incomplete records, and inconsistencies.
  • Validate with internal teams and customers assets accurately
  • Implement and document data governance policies, ensuring compliance with internal standards
  • Monitor data quality metrics and generate reports on data health and progress made to company management.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
     

POSITION AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Advanced user of SAP (especially master data management) and Salesforce
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office and Power BI

• Familiarity with data cleaning methodologies
• Proficiency in Excel, and data visualization for data analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with different teams
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to document processes clearly
• Extremely detailed oriented, team player, good communicator

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or related field
• 3-5 years experience with Data Analysis
