DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

During this 10-week internship, you will work on two main projects:

 

1. New Product Development (NPD) of Single Ply Cutter: As part of the Sourcing team, support the build of Prototype and Production machines which will include:

  • Preparing and sending RFQ’s
  • Record and conduct Bid Analysis
  • Collaborate with Engineering to resolve technical questions from Suppliers
  • Track material deliveries of open PO’s with suppliers
  • Tracking Quality Team progress on materials received
  • Communicate status of actions

 

2. Operational Sourcing Tasks:

  • Assist with updating prices in Info records & Source Lists in SAP software
  • Review and update expiring NDA’s
  • Review and update SAP with Commodity Codes as needed
