1.POSITION SUMMARY:

To confirm and verify of the quality of purchased raw materials, components, or products. It refers to the inspection of the quality through sampling when the supplier sends materials or components, and finally makes a judgment on whether the batch of products is accepted or rejected. 

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Conduct daily inspection of parts according to the requirements of incoming inspection. 

• Make the FAI report, collect and prepare the relevant documents. 

• Need to communicate with team to solve the problem. 

• During the inspection process, any issue out of drawing specification or requirements should be promptly reported to the supervisor and issue MRB. 

• The principle of inspection is first in, first out. Special case, should be carried out according to the supervisor's requirements. 

• Maintain 5S in the inspection area. 

• Borrowing and returning measuring tools. 

• Daily maintenance of measuring tools. 

• Can cooperate with overtime according to workload. 

• Send finished or semi-finished products to the warehouse or next step. 

• Temporary on-site inspection is possible. 

3. PROFILE:

• Technical secondary school and above, majoring in mechanical engineering. 

• At least 3 years of inspection work experience 

• Familiar with mechanical drawings 

• Familiar with measuring tools  

• Basic skills in operating office software, such as Excel, Word, Outlook, etc; 

• Basic English reading ability  

4. TRAVEL:

The position is based in Suzhou, with minimum travel requests.
