  1. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Production Safety

  • Organize daily on-site EHS inspection and rectification and implementation of hidden dangers, such as on-site inspection of 5S, safety and PPE implementation and potential safety risks investigation, etc.
  • Organize and carry out safety-related training in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, carry out emergency and fire safety drills, and improve the safety awareness of all staff.
  • Cooperate with site to investigate and deal with safety accidents, output relevant reports, and track corrective measures.
  • Review the qualifications of contractors and suppliers and supervise and manage construction safety.

Occupational Health

  • Develop and improve the PPE management process, ensure that it meets the site safety operation, and check regularly; Self-owned/outsourcing units and other PPE daily implementation, and urge rectification
  • Arrange and coordinate the assessment, testing and management of occupational hazard factors
  • Coordinated arrangement and judgment of physical examination results before, during and after Posting
  • Employee occupational health records.

Environment Protection

  • Coordinate testing related to environmental protection.
  • Hazardous waste management and analysis.
  • Chemical supervision and management.

System Management

  • Coordinated the promotion of related systems, including ISO14001,45001 and other systems.
  • Control and control of DCC documents, including regular effectiveness evaluation, distribution and filing, etc   DCC.

Equipment maintenance

  • All factory-related equipment maintained, contact related supplier to do maintenance regularly; maintain related documents as requested such as procedure, checklist, etc.

Facility maintenance

  • To check and maintain facility-related stuff, layout change as requested and related documentation setup and maintain

 

  1. PROFILE
    • University and above degree with a major in Safety, environment, or engineering.
    • 3-5 years of manufacturing experience as a full-time safety officer in a related company.
    • Good knowledge of safety laws and regulations, and ISO system.
    • Obtain a registered safety engineer certificate.
    • Workable English in both oral and written.
    • Good analysis and problem-solving skills.
    • Good communication skills and cross-functional coordination.
    • Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT, and other office automation software.

  • The position is based in Suzhou, with minimum travel requests.
