Delivery of professional Field Service on HW (mechanical/electronical) and SW products to customer to achieve a high customer satisfaction. Close relationship with the sales organisation during pre-sales, demos, tests and installations. To ensure that services offered by Lectra are delivered to customers with high quality and professional manner to generate overall customer satisfaction.

This position is field-based in North Macedonia.

 

Responsibilities

Main activities

  • Field Service repair on HW and SW products
  • Solution setup, testing and verification on-site
  • Trouble shooting / Deep failure analysis
  • HW and SW installation and customer trainings
  • Preventive Maintenance and System Audits
  • On-call duty
  • Inventory management of car stock
  • Continuous support in optimizing service level
  • System integration
  • Reporting of service activities

Requirements

  • Qualification as mechatronics engineer or equivalent education
  • 3 years of experience desirable
  • Mechanical and electronic skills
  • Analytical structural working
  • Good knowledge of Windows/Office Software/Tools, TCP/IP and Wireless connections
  • SW skills in OS, Network, FW, Applications
  • Data capturing/management basic skills (e.g. SQL)
  • Service behaviour and customer orientation
  • Self-education
  • Mobility/flexibility
  • Capacity of teamwork and conflict management
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively
  • Driving license for car
  • Self-dependent working behaviour and ability to assert oneself
  • Languages: Macedonian fluent (written and spoken), very good knowledge of English, knowledge of any Eastern European (Bulgarian, Serbian, Croatian, Slovenian) languages is welcome
  • Willingness for 100% travel
