  1. POSITION SUMMARY:

Key and prime responsibility of this position is to dedicate to attract, identify and select the right talents align with corporate strategy, through effective and efficient processes & methodology.  

In the long-run, this position also acts as Company’s ambassador to promote Lectra as a Brand to work for, through various programs and activities in order to establish a well-defined image of Lectra according to our core value preposition.  

In the short-run, due to very high intensity and pressure on recruitment, this position is required to work with designated recruitment vendors and hiring manager to fill-in vacant positions as per budgeted timeline.  

 

  1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Understand the challenges in recruitment environment and competitive industry and react appropriately.  

  • Explore new sourcing platforms include traditional / contingent tactics, passive / pro-active approaches to reach passive or targeted candidates. 

  • Active and up-to-date on recruitment trends, best practices, social activities, industrial networking, etc.  

  • Being proactive in building and expanding a talented pool of calibres. 

  • Establish a systematic selection process to identify the right talents, performing the right profiles.  

  • Introduce and coach hiring managers on various types of interviews and guidelines to understand and measure talent’s profiles.  

  • Assess and evaluate the efficiency of current recruitment process and workflows to shorten ‘time to hire’. 

  • Characterized and promote corporate preposition on core values through sourcing, selection and pre-boarding. 

  • Develop various programs and activities to promote from different channels and resources. 

 

  1. POFILE
  • Relevant Degree or professional academic qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in talent acquisition or training & development is an advantage
  • Previous experience working in foreign companies
  • Good presentation, communication and analytical skills
  • Long vision, strategic and open-minded
  • System and process driven 
  • Knowledgeable in planning and organizing a project 
  • Fluency  in English is mandatory
