1.Position Summary:

Manage and oversee all documents are in compliance with the company rules and guidelines and local statutory authorities. Prepare or review agreements to facilitate business operations.


  • Contract review: Daily contract review; Negotiation when necessary with sales team and clients;
  • Data compliance: Following up internally and externally on PIPL project
  • IP Protection: Following up on Key cases in China including criminal cases and patent cases
  • General (corporate/compliance/others) : coordinate with HQ and support on other corporate and compliances requests from local team
  • Scope: Greater China including increasing support in HK; and other countries from time to time as per HQ request
  • Working language in English, routine report and exchanges with HQ 


  • Degree holder in Law
  • Excellent command of both spoken & written English and Mandarin
  • Legal Professional Qualification Certificate (would be a plus)
  • 5 years above working experience in either law firms or in-house multinational trading organization(s)
  • General Knowledge and Experience in supporting Commercial contracts
  • Sound knowledge of the latest laws and regulations in PRC
  • Be ready to handle multi tasks and prioritize jobs
  • Adaptable, open-minded, dynamic and team player
