  1. Position Summary:

This role will primarily focus on:

  • Planning and executing APAC-level key initiatives based on Corporate strategy
  • Simplify and optimize existing processes to improve overall efficiency, customer satisfaction, and cross-function communication
  1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Program management: Support Customer Success VP to manage multiple programs across different countries simultaneously
  • Data Analytics: Improve and simplified existing processes with data driven approach
  • Communication: Align different APAC teams for business results
  • Work closely with Corporate/Region/Country teams for continued process improvement and optimization in different area (Manufacturing, Software, warehouse, etc.)
  • Parts number searching/issues between E-Store and SAP
  • Manage the warranty parts order processing  
  • Manage the parts back log delivery schedule
  1. PRoFILE
  • Bachelors ' Degree or above, must have a good English communication skills in both Spoken and Written
  • 3-5 years of working experience, in an Industrial company, working in Service Delivery/Customer success business team , with Industrial knowledge in Auto or Fashion would be a plus
  • Past experience as business analyst/operations/sales or delivery excellence role, consultant in an APAC/Country role preferred.
  • Agile, a fast learner, with strong willingness to learn and transform. Attention to details will be required.
  • MBA degree or equivalent would be a plus
  • Good project Management skills and strong communication skills with ability to follow through to completion in multiple projects
  • Have experience in logistics management, with ERP (SAP) operation knowledge will be a plus.
  • Good data analytics skills and a high level in Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Excel  & word).
