RESPONSIBILTIES:

This position was in charge of vendor payment, bank and cash management, Tax declaration and filing, intercompany payment, and assisting in month-end closing duties.

• Check payment authorization according to company policy, ensure payments are supported by valid invoices and relevant supporting such as receipts, quotations, contracts
• Prepare telegraphic transfer, arrange online payment input
• Coding and input payment vouchers into ERP
• Update bank receipt/ payment control sheet
• Report weekly bank balance and monthly bank reconciliation
• Accrual, amortization, actual expense posting and check.
• Responsible for monthly closing, prepare reconciliation file and report timely
• Responsible for plant costing and expenses database maintenance

2.    PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree and above in Accounting, Finance or Business Studies
• 3 years’ experience in foreign-invested companies
• Past working experience in a multinational manufacturing or B2B trading company is desirable.
• Familiar with ERP system, SAP is preferred.
• Good command of English skill
• Able to meet tight deadlines, work under pressure
• Be able to work independent as a team player
