THE JOB
 

Our Finance team is looking for a Regional FP&A based in Porto with the following responsibilities:

•    Support the VP Finance on the monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting and business reviews for the EMEA region
•    Understand main variances and gaps and propose action plans to anticipate/mitigate them
•    Support the VP Finance on process improvement and harmonization within the EMEA region  
•    Support the local finance and administration leaders by providing relevant information and advice
•    Analyse data and prepare reports to support decision making process by management 
•    Support any ad hoc reports and analysis to support the business 
•    Play a key role in the continued development of FP&A deliverables including reporting, budgeting and planning processes by partnering with other departments
 

THE PROFILE WE ARE SEEKING
 

You must have:
•    Master degree, preferably in Finance or Economics 
•    3 to 5 years' experience in controlling/financial audit
•    Knowledge of IFRS, Accounting and financial reporting & forecast 
•    Understanding of financial statements
•    Fluency in English, any other language is a plus
•    Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

•    Capacity to work autonomously with remote management in an international and multicultural environment
•    Strong analytical skill, solution oriented and out-of-the-box thinker 
•    Strong interpersonal communication skills, for effective reporting of the business results to the stakeholders, with pragmatism and clarity
•    Must have strong presentation skills with active listening capacity 
•    Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and changing environment
•    Great sense of organization and respect of deadlines 
•    Capacity to understand how business decisions affect the financials and vice versa 
•    Experience in a BIG 4 is a plus
