We are looking for a talented Customer Success Manager - French and English speaking fluent - to join Retview's team.

POSITION SUMMARY

As a Customer Success Manager you will work with data scientists and fashion retailers to help brands optimize their assortments & pricing strategies using AI.

As a CSM, you are responsible for creating and maintaining successful partnerships with our customers and ensuring they utilize the value from our solutions and services.

You have a strong interest in the fashion industry. You are business minded, understand how retailers work, and how to integrate Retviews into their day-to-day decision processes. You'll also be responsible for introducing, explaining and demonstrating our product. You will speak to top executives in many of the most famous brands in the world.

This position works cross-functionally with our Sales, Marketing and Technical teams to build relationships, expand adoption, drive renewals and growth, and ensure a great customer experience.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management – taking care of the implementation and onboarding phase plus following up on the project to assure the efficient usage on the tool by the client

Managing the implementation of the tool with the technical team – customization level, follow up with the tech team on client requests etc

Training on the tool, as a CSM you will master the tool and train the users on it through trainings and workshop sessions

Guiding the clients on its best usage of the tool

Good knowledge of the fashion industry to be able to know what are the analysis that can be done and the fashion business decisions that can be taken based on Retviews data

Taking part of the evolution of the tool. Closely working with the technical team on building new features on the tool, as a CSM you participate to the technical development of Retviews referring client feedback and potential features based on your own knowledge and experience on the tool

Working with the quality team to assure qualitative data on the tool related to the client satisfaction

Assuring the retention rate and managing potential upsell of the client

Stay in-touch with your accounts to maintain the Retviews/Lectra relationship as a premier market leader

Develop and manage client portfolios

Oversee support for customer issues and obstacles

Monitor, analyze and share customer usage data

Proactively coach customers and deliver Customer Success Plans that enable fast deployment and adoption

Monitor account health and eliminate adoption gaps at the customers

Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value

Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints

Minimize customer churn

 

 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Master in analytical degree: Economics, Business, Engineering...

Interest in participating in a great Fashion Tech project

Interest in fashion retail industry is a big plus

Ability to work collaboratively in a fun team environment

Engage in continuous learning

Excellent communication skills in FRENCH and ENGLISH. Spanish and/or Italian as a plus.

Strong sense of humour
