Mission

Based in Milan the Sales Coordinator provides support to Sales Support and Agents Channel Manager including all operational and strategic tasks. In this position the person is responsible for compiling sales data, analyzing and generating reports for the region. Additionally, he/she contributes to the sales revenue by managing directly the unassigned accounts

Responsabilities and duties

  • Assist the sales team with Proposal, Quotation and Contracts.
  • Identify and prioritize unassigned accounts with growth or alignment potential.
  • Engage directly with small or unassigned accounts through outbound outreach (calls or mails) and contribute to regional success.
  • Compile, prepare und maintain necessary reports to prepare the sales pipeline and revenues forecast 
  • Support the sales team to managing and maintaining CRM data accuracy, ensuring top management have up-to-date and reliable information.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Finance, Marketing and Customer success.
  • Support the regional onboarding of new sales team members with systems, tools and process training.
  • Provide guidance on CRM usage, reporting and sales best practices.
  • Interface with Head quarter

Position qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of CRM Salesforce
  • Should be persistent and resourceful
  • Must be computer literate in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications
  • Must have strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle several projects at once
  • Must be a team player and successful in handling multiple priorities
  • Fluent in Italian and English and additional European Languages between French, Portuguese or Spanish will be a plus
  • BA degree or equivalent experience required.
