Job Overview:

 

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Marketing Specialist to join our regional EMEA Marketing Team. This temporary position is ideal for recent graduates or students with an interest in marketing, who are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

 

1. Email Campaign Management (Marketo):

• Support in scheduling, designing, and proof-reading contents for email campaigns, while helping to define target audiences and CTAs for each initiative.

• Assist in tracking and analyzing email performance metrics, providing recommendations to the Marketing Manager for improving future campaign results.

 

 

2. Lead Management (Salesforce):

• Manage inbound leads in collaboration with the Telemarketing team.

• Support regular cleaning and maintenance of contact data, removing invalid emails and updating information as needed.

 

 

3. Event Management:

• Assist in planning and implementing strategies for local events (both in-person and online), helping coordinate messaging, speaker selection, agenda creation, and promotional activities.

 

 

4. Database Maintenance and Data Integrity:

• Help Marketing Operations Managers with daily database maintenance, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies across multiple countries and markets..

 

 

5. Internal Communication:

• Support in developing the EMEA internal newsletter, gathering content from various departments and aligning messaging with company goals and regional priorities.

• Aid in overseeing newsletter publication across appropriate channels, working closely with the HQ Internal Communication Team to maintain brand consistency.

• Assist in managing distribution and tracking engagement metrics to assess the newsletter’s impact and reach.

 

 

Additional Responsibilities:

 

• Support market research and help with vendor management tasks, including coordinating with telemarketing agencies as needed.

 

 

Requirements:

 

• Recent graduate or student in Marketing, Business, or related fields.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Interest in dynamic marketing environments, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Familiarity with marketing tools such as Marketo and Salesforce is a plus
