1.      Position Summary

• The primary function of this position is to ensure that company policies, procedures and practices comply with those set by the regulatory bodies and external auditors
• Partner with commercial leader to deliver the Company’s financial commitments and manage cash flow

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the Finance team and activities.
• Managing and implementing the financial management system and system of internal financial control
• Providing input for company decision-making processes, including ensuring the effective and efficient management of resources
• Accurate and complete recording of the financial transactions according to local and corporate accounting regulations
• Provision of timely financial management information and reports to company management
• Ensuring compliance with all documented control procedures, local taxes and other regulatory payments and relevant accounting standards
• Timely provision of financial information for reporting including monthly profit & loss statements, monthly cashflow forecast, annual financial statements and year-end reporting.
• Ensuring compliance in the local regulations, with particular emphasis on corporate taxes and withholding taxes

2.      EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Accounting and Financial management Knowledge of industrial sectors would be desirable.
• Minimum bachelor degree, majoring in Accounting and Finance CPA / ACCA or Master of Finance degree holders are preferred

3.      POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Familiar with ERP system is highly preferred.
• A growth mindset and willingness to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, both global and local, to drive outcomes and results.
• Proven leadership skillset to lead and develop Finance & Accounting team.
