Customer Success Manager

TextileGenesis™ is a pioneering traceability platform custom built for the textile ecosystem. Our system creates radical transparency from fiber to retail and ensures authenticity & provenance of sustainable textiles against generics. The pioneering system engages all 5 - 6 tiers of the supplier ecosystem to create unprecedented traceability using Fibercoins. TextileGenesis™ has won major innovation awards and is emerging as market-leader when it comes to full supply chain traceability in the fashion industry.

As we now scale our operations, we are looking for world-class talent to strengthen our regional teams.

We are currently expanding our customer engagement team in Vietnam and are looking for strong customer service specialists who want to be part of the revolution in creating sustainable and traceable supply chains in the fashion and textile industry. We are looking for high achievers who are passionate about working at the intersection of sustainability and technology and are keen on driving change in the fashion textile industry; team players and leaders who stay ahead of the curve when it comes to delivering customer excellence.

 

The role requires you to have:

  • 5+ years of work experience in textile apparel industry, certification body, or in sustainability domain, familiar with textile industry end to end supply chain.
  • Sustainable Textile Industry Knowledge: understand how the textile supply chain works, including sustainability and traceability concepts.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Vietnamese (native/bi-lingual levels).
  • Additional Asian language strongly appreciated – at native or bilingual level.
  • Knowledge of textile manufacturing eco-system and experience in working with fashion and luxury market will be a plus.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with very good oral and written communication to manage diverse stakeholders and drive results.
  • Good project management skills: speak and write effectively, organized and autonomous, prepare and run meetings well, follow up diligently, ensures timelines are respected and deadlines are met. Capable of handling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to take ownership, strong “can-do” attitude and good problem-solving skills. Collaborative international team player mindset.
  • Proficiency in data analysis with extensive experience of using MS Office tools.
  • Self-Motivated and Results-Oriented: take initiative to solve problems and achieve goals, always focused on delivering outcomes.
  • Good knowledge of sustainable textile materials will be a plus; basic knowledge is a must.
  • Experience of working with Certification Bodies (GRS/RCS /RWS /OCS etc.), transaction certification, or supply chain traceability, is a plus; basic knowledge of certifications standards, TCs and supply chain traceability is a must.
  • Overseas working or studying experience is a plus but not a must.
  • Travel: Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

You will play a key role in training and on-boarding not just Vietnamese suppliers, but also other regions in Asia, providing support wherever necessary, ensuring the end-to-end management of the traceability programs with our global brand accounts of Brands and Retailers across the globe.

You will be required to collaborate closely with global project managers and other project team members. The ability to build strong customer relationships with people from diverse business and cultural backgrounds is a key prerequisite. Strong communication skills & willingness to listen with an open mind will be key to succeed in this role. You would also be collaborating internally with the product team (IT), providing inputs from the users to improve the product.
