Field Service Engineer (m/w/d)
Main activities
o Field Service repair on HW and SW products
o Solution setup, testing and verification on-site
o Trouble shooting / Deep failure analysis
o HW and SW installation and customer trainings
o Preventive Maintenance and System Audits
o On-call duty
o Inventory management of car stock
o Continuous support in optimizing service level
o System integration
o Reporting of service activities
Beside activities
o Sales of service
o Hotline support
Requirements
o Qualification as mechatronics engineer or equivalent education
o 3 years of experience desirable
o Mechanical and electronic skills
o Analytical structural working
o Good knowledge of Windows/Office Software/Tools, TCP/IP and Wireless connections
o SW skills in OS, Network, FW, Applications
o Data capturing/management basic skills (e.g. SQL)
o Service behaviour and customer orientation
o Self-education
o Mobility/flexibility
o Capacity of teamwork and conflict management
o Proven ability to communicate effectively
o Driving license for car is mandatory
o Self-dependent working behaviour and ability to assert oneself
o Languages: German fluent level, very good knowledge of English, knowledge of Slovenian / Croatian / Serbian welcome.
o Willingness for 100% travel to the customer sites in the region (mainly DACH)
This position is field-based in Bavaria(or South of Germany).
