What You Will Do 

Collaboration & Strategy: 

• Work closely with your team (functional experts and automation specialists), Product Owners, Architects, and development teams to understand functional requirements. 

• Define testing strategies to ensure the highest quality of our digital solutions. 

Test Design & Development: 

• Design, develop, and implement automated tests. 

• Create, optimize, and maintain a robust test repository, ensuring daily execution and reliability of automated test scenarios. 

Innovation & Continuous Improvement: 

• Contribute to the evolution of our test architecture and implementation of efficient execution environments (CI/CD, cloud, etc.). 

• Develop technical skills and explore new testing methods and technologies. 

Versatility & Learning: 

• Participate in both manual testing campaigns and automation projects. 

• Gain expertise in various tools and scripting languages, with a strong emphasis on scripting proficiency. 

What You Will Learn & Develop 

Technical Expertise: 

• Master automated testing tools and technologies (Selenium, Cypress, TestComplete, Postman, etc.). 

• Gain experience in modern cloud environments (Microsoft Azure, Docker, etc.). 

Agile Methodologies: 

• Work within an Agile framework (Scrum/Kanban). 

• Improve your use of collaborative tools such as Jira, Git/GitLab, and Jenkins for effective continuous integration. 

Cross-functional Skills: 

• Strengthen your ability to work in an international team and communicate effectively in English (mandatory). 

• Innovate in the validation of digital solutions.

Who We Are Looking For 

Education & Experience: 

• College's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or related field. 

• Significant experience in test automation, preferably in a digital and cloud-based environment. 

• Experience with CAD technology, Web & Desktop Application validation is a plus. 

Technical Skills: 

• Knowledge of test frameworks. 

• Excellent command of automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, Ranorex, TestComplete, etc.) and scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, .NET, etc.). 

• Familiarity with CI/CD and configuration management tools (Jenkins, Git/GitLab). 

Personal Qualities: 

• Detail-oriented, curious, and a team player with an innovative mindset. 

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
