Responsable de campagnes marketing

Our Marketing and Communication Department, based in Bordeaux/Cestas and Paris, is looking for a:

 

Campaign Marketing Manager – Automotive sector M/F  

 

 

Your missions

 

Reporting to the Automotive Go To Market Director, the main mission is to contribute to the commercial success of Lectra solutions, by ensuring the creation, execution and performance of the defined marketing plan and B2B campaigns.

 

You will be part of Lectra's world headquarters, within the Corporate Marketing Department.

 

Your main tasks will be:

  • Create the marketing plan to meet the business and awareness challenges of our solutions (targets, needs, segmentation, distribution channels, etc.).

  • Analyze sales and results in relation to objectives and market potential

  • Execute global marketing programs (campaigns, newsletters, customer events and other marketing tactics...)

  • Design and develop multi-channel marketing contents: videos, infographics, webinar presentations, emails, social network posts, web pages...

  • Support and guide local marketing teams in the deployment of initiatives stemming from the Corporate plan.

  • Share best practices (Corporate and regional) and make recommendations for improvement.

  • Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns (post-mortem presentation, action plan) and implement corrective actions if necessary.

  • Manage plan and campaign budgets in coordination with the marketing operations team.

Your profile

 

With a 5-year degree, ideally specialized in marketing (business school or equivalent), you have at least 5 years' significant experience in project management. You enjoy working in international, multicultural, cross-functional and complex environments.

You have already worked in a B-to-B environment on technical and industrial products or subjects, and you have a strong taste for technology.

 

Experience in an international environment is essential; knowledge of the automotive and/or industrial sector would be a real asset for the position but is not mandatory.

 

Skills required:

  • Fluent English and French (written and spoken)

  • Aptitude for digital technologies

  • Strong capacity for analysis and synthesis

  • Ability to manage several projects in parallel

  • Willingness to propose new ideas

  • Strong customer and results orientation

  • Knowledge and practice of Salesforce and/or Marketo is a plus

 

The position is based in Cestas (near Bordeaux), with occasional travel to Paris and in the rest of the world.
