  • POSITION SUMMARY

An Inside Sales Representative in a C&P (Consumable & Part) environment is responsible for driving sales and building relationships with customers remotely, typically through phone, email, and virtual communication. Their duties include identifying leads, understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, and closing deals. They may also be involved in order processing, maintaining customer databases, and providing excellent customer service.

  • DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Lead Generation and Qualification:
    • Identifying and qualifying potential leads, often through outbound calls, email campaigns, and online research.
    • Customer Engagement:
    • Engaging with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and offer relevant solutions.
    • Sales Process Management:
    • Following a structured sales process, including presenting products/services, addressing objections, and closing deals.
    • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Order Processing and Follow-up:
    • Processing customer orders, managing inventory, and following up to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.
    • Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
    • Providing Excellent Customer Service:
    • Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

 

 

  • PROFILE

We are looking for an open minded, structured and diplomatic HR Generalist:

    • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers and close deals.
    • Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service, particularly in a C&P environment, is highly desirable.
    • Customer Focus: Ability to understand and meet customer needs while building strong relationships.
    • Organization and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
    • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues efficiently.
    • Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
