  1. Position Summary:

The Software Engineering role within the Structural Team encompasses assisting the operational (scrappers) project across various areas including data engineering, DevOps, anti-scraping solutions, and more. The objective is to develop a robust, automated technical solution aimed at enhancing reliability and efficiency.

  1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Collaborate closely with the operational team to understand project requirements and ensure the efficient extraction of data from fashion websites
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in web scraping techniques and technologies, and incorporate them into our projects as appropriate
  • Find an area of expertise and stay up-to-date by looking pro-actively for trainings and conferences
  • Take ownership of all projects related to the area of expertise
  • Demonstrates proficiency in working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, with a keen understanding of when each approach is most appropriate
  • Maintaining a continuous awareness and proficiency in emerging technologies and industry trends
  • Providing training and mentorship to new members joining the company or the Structural Team, ensuring their smooth integration into the team and facilitating their professional development
  • Give regular updates on the progress to the Team Lead and Scrum Master
  • Respect the defined roadmap
  • Review code of teammates and provide constructive feedback.
